Kitchen has dishes, pots, pans, silverware ,etc.
50% deposit at time of booking

Anyone failing to obey rules will be asked to leave with no refunds.
Children
You are to supervise your children at all times on the playground and around water. We will not be responsible for
your children's safety.

GUESTS
  • NO ILLEGAL DRUGS ARE ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY
  • Horseplay will not be tolerated. If you or your guests vandalize, destroy or steal property, take items in the cabins, you will
    pay for it.
  • NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE THE CABINS
  • If you want to drink alcoholic beverages, be responsible PLEASE
No DRUNKEN BEHAVIOR allowed.
Do not walk around the grounds with alcohol. We have small children and families
NO DRINKING PARTIES IN OUR CAMPGROUND!!!
  • PUT ALL TRASH IN THE OUTDOOR CONTAINER & MAKE SURE LID IS CLOSED. DO NOT LEAVE GARBAGE OR FOOD IN THE
    CABIN WHEN YOU LEAVE
  • DISHES SHOULD BE WASHED AND PUT UP BEFORE YOU LEAVE
  • DON'T USE TOWELS FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN BATHING
  • Leave key on kitchen table and leave door unlocked
  • Turn off Air Conditioner
  • In winter, turn thermostat down to 50 degrees

HOLIDAYS ARE $30 NIGHT - NO RESERVATIONS

CANCELLATION POLICY
* If you cancel a booking FOR A CABIN more than 30 days prior to the dates, we will send your deposit back to you.
*If you cancel LESS THAN 30 days, the deposit will NOT BE RETURNED
